Booking Agreement
This Booking Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for booking services through this website. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Scope of Services
Bookings may include (but are not limited to) performances, recording sessions, creative services, workshops, consultations, or other professional engagements. The exact nature of the service will be specified during the booking process or in written communication.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- All required details have been provided
- The date and time have been approved by us
- Any required deposit or upfront payment has been received
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on availability or suitability.
3. Fees & Payment
All fees will be communicated clearly before the booking is finalized. Payment terms may include:
- Deposit: A non‑refundable deposit may be required to secure the date
- Balance: Remaining fees must be paid before or on the day of the service
- Additional Costs: Travel, accommodation, equipment, or special requirements may incur extra charges
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Client Cancellation: Deposits are non‑refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may incur additional charges.
- Rescheduling: We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
- Provider Cancellation: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments made will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the booking process
- Ensure the venue or location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the service
- Obtain any necessary permissions, permits, or licenses
- Respect agreed start and end times
6. Use of Recordings, Photos, or Media
If the booking involves recording, photography, or creative production, usage rights will be agreed upon separately. Unless otherwise stated, we retain the right to use non‑confidential materials for portfolio or promotional purposes.
7. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Loss or damage resulting from unsafe environments or client negligence
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events outside reasonable control, including illness, accidents, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Booking Agreement from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
