By placing an order in the iOPRO Shop (operated by InsideOut Productions), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are intentionally brief and easy to understand.
1. Products & Services
- Digital downloads (music, audio files, digital content) are delivered instantly after payment.
- Physical products (e.g., merchandise, instruments, accessories) are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
- Services (e.g., bookings) are confirmed after payment and follow the conditions stated in the service description.
2. Digital Downloads
- Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase becomes final.
- Download links are personal and may not be shared or redistributed.
- Make sure your device supports the file format before purchasing.
3. Physical Products
- Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Returns & Withdrawal

- EU customers may withdraw from physical product purchases within 14 days.
- Digital downloads and completed services are excluded once delivered or accessed.
5. Payments
- All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment.
- Payment methods may vary depending on region and product type.
6. Liability
- InsideOut Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
